Who is Liam McMillin?

Liam grew up in Northeast Ohio, and after graduating from Oberlin College in 2017, he spent a few years in the business world, opening up a coffee shop and working as a consultant for small businesses. It was during this time that Liam first started putting together the ideas for the Oberlin Writing Partnership. Liam also worked as a substitute teacher and a high school baseball and soccer coach.

In the fall of 2019, Liam started at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Liam has worked for the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, focusing primarily on eviction and foreclosure defense, as well as the civil rights firm, formerly known as Gerhardstein & Branch. Liam served as the Managing Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, a national competititor for the Trial Practice Team, and a coach for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Liam clerked in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and now works for Graydon in their Labor & Employment practice group.

Liam lives with his dog, Lonán, and his cat, Cowboy, in the Cincinnati area.
